| I purchased a few herbs. Sorrell is a wonderful herb that has taste of green apples. Just add to your green salad for a whole new taste. |

| I love rosemary. My favorite recipe is to put a pork roast in the crockpot. Drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with kosher salt, fresh ground pepper, lemon pepper, and top with sprigs of rosemary and lemon thyme. Cook for around 6-8 hours. Meat in so tender and flavored well. |

| I plant lemon verbena just because I love the scent. I pick off a leaf and rub it between my fingers and sniff away. Yummy! |
